DVO Suspension Sapphire Forks - Boost

The DVO Suspension Sapphire Forks utilise the very best features of DVO Suspension's Diamond model to create a trail-ready monster. Benefitting from trickle down technology from their Emerald and Diamond forks, the Sapphire comes equipped with high- and low-speed compression, OTT, and dynamic rebound adjust.

Lightweight and Strong Trail Fork

Manufactured with aluminium upper tubes and one-piece magnesium cast lower legs, the Sapphire Forks are designed for the performance-oriented trail rider. These Sapphire Forks weigh in at a lightweight 1,880 grams.

Stiff Chassis

The Sapphire Forks features, in DVO Suspension's view, the "stiffest and strongest chassis of any 32mm stanchion fork on the market". By utilising the best materials and technology, these Sapphire forks sacrifice neither strength nor weight in the pursuit of performance.

Technologies:

Quick Range Low-Speed Compression: With a quick turn of the knob, the low-speed circuit is restricted providing a nice platform for climbing.

High-Speed Compression: 30 clicks of dynamic high-speed compression adjust at your fingertips. Designed to be a usable range from start to finish, so go right ahead and max it out!

OTT "Off The Top": This exclusive and proven DVO design brings comfort to a new level. By externally adjusting pre-load on the negative spring, you have 100% control over the initial part of the stroke. Set your air pressure to control your mid-stoke support and bottom out. Set your OTT to maximise comfort and traction.

Close Cartridge Bladder System: Just like the jade coil shock, the bladder is compressed rather than expanded, offering incredible small bump sensitivity and durability.

Rebound: Rebound controls the speed at which the fork extends after compression. Turn the knob clock-wise for slower rebound and counter clock-wise for faster rebound. Rebound damping control is relative to the amount of air pressure used. Higher air pressure requires more rebound damping and a lower air pressure will require less rebound damping so please adjust accordingly.
